PamAI Terms of Service

1. Parties

These Terms are between you and Frame AI Transformation Agency Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (registration number 17518894), which operates PamAI ("PamAI", "we", "us").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use PamAI. You must provide accurate account information and keep your account secure.

3. The Service

PamAI is an AI-native project-management service. The AI agent can help plan, organize, summarize, write, research, use connected integrations, and run code in a sandbox when enabled.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and approving important actions before relying on them.

4. Your Content

You keep ownership of content you submit to PamAI. You grant PamAI permission to process your content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and operate the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and your settings. This permission does not include using your identifiable content to train AI models, which happens only if you explicitly opt in as described in the Privacy Policy.

You must have the rights needed to upload or connect content to PamAI.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use PamAI to:

  • Break the law or violate another person's rights.
  • Upload malware, exploit code, stolen secrets, or unauthorized credentials.
  • Harass, threaten, defraud, spam, or impersonate others.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to PamAI, other users' accounts, or third-party systems.
  • Abuse billing, credits, refunds, promotions, or payment methods.
  • Use the agent to generate or execute harmful instructions where you do not have authorization.
  • Circumvent rate limits, security controls, geographic availability restrictions, or provider restrictions.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

6. Integrations

If you connect third-party services, you authorize PamAI to access and process data from those services to provide the requested functionality. You can disconnect integrations where the product supports it. Some already-imported content may remain until deleted under the retention/deletion rules.

7. Billing

Paid features, subscriptions, credits, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Billing Terms. Polar acts as merchant of record for payments.

8. Availability And Changes

PamAI may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We try to avoid data loss, but beta/early-stage software may contain bugs or interruptions.

9. Desktop App Beta

The PamAI Desktop app for Mac is beta software offered to invited testers. By using it you accept that:

  • it is provided "as is", may contain bugs, and may change, lose features or stop working without notice;
  • it can lose, corrupt or fail to sync data, so keep your own copies of anything important;
  • there is no service level, uptime commitment or guaranteed support response during the beta;
  • chat runs on your own Claude Code or Codex account, and your use of those services is governed by your agreement with Anthropic or OpenAI, including their usage limits and charges;
  • the beta has known privacy and deletion limitations, described in our Privacy Policy.

We may end the beta or your access to it at any time. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.

10. Disclaimers

PamAI is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that the service or AI output will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or fit for every purpose.

11. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PamAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

Liability cap: The total liability of PamAI to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid PamAI in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. This cap applies in the aggregate across all claims. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any non-excludable statutory consumer rights).

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify PamAI from claims arising from your content, your use of PamAI, your integrations, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights. This indemnity applies only to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law, and does not apply where mandatory consumer-protection law does not allow it.

13. Governing Law And Disputes

Governing law and venue: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the competent courts of England and Wales have venue, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings in, or have the protection of, the law of your own country of residence — those rights are not affected.

Dispute resolution: Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at amir@trypamai.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith for at least 30 days.

14. Termination

You may stop using PamAI or delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, or fail to pay.

Account deletion follows the Privacy Policy.
